Outside Enterprise Sales Executive

Position Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Outside Enterprise Sales Representatives to join our team. This role will focus on identifying, developing, and growing enterprise accounts within the New York/Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms and Microsoft Teams Calling, along with a proven track record of hunting for new business and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise customers (“new logos”) within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow relationships and revenue within newly acquired accounts.
- Present and position our unified communications hardware solutions, managed services, and Microsoft Teams-certified devices to enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with our lead generation team and marketing to maximize opportunities and pipeline growth.
- Conduct customer needs assessments, propose tailored solutions, and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers.
- Partner with OEMs and internal resources to stay updated on the latest technologies and leverage vendor support in sales cycles.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot) for tracking activity, pipeline, and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in unified communications hardware, IT services, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams Rooms and Microsoft Teams Calling solutions is required.
- Proven ability to prospect, close deals, and grow enterprise accounts in a competitive market.
- Experience with hardware VAR sales or managed services preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and unified communications technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote sales role.
- Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned region to meet with clients and attend events.
