Enterprise Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales/Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our UC solutions, managing existing customer accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory or verticals. You will work closely with customers to understand their communication needs and provide tailored solutions that improve collaboration and productivity.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities by proactively prospecting through various channels (cold calling, email, networking, and referrals) to generate leads for Unified Communications solutions.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Work closely with potential customers to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and communication challenges. Provide expert recommendations for UC solutions, including voice, video conferencing, messaging, collaboration tools, and cloud services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest UC technologies and solutions i.e. video conferencing equipment, personal workspaces, cloud communications, collaboration tools, etc. to effectively communicate product benefits and features to clients.
  • Solution Presentation: Conduct product demos, virtual presentations, and meetings to showcase UC solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Develop and present tailored proposals and pricing models that align with customer requirements. Negotiate contract terms and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, implementation, and customer service, to ensure smooth post-sale onboarding and customer success.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and professional development to enhance your understanding of UC technology and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on Unified Communications, telecommunications, or IT solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Unified Communications technologies (VoIP, video conferencing, cloud communications, collaboration tools, personal work spaces etc.).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, IT professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
