NetSuite/IT Admin

Job Description:

The NetSuite/IT Admin will be responsible for assisting with the upkeep of the company’s IT systems, with specific focus on NetSuite; ensuring they are running efficiently and securely. This includes managing networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting any IT-related issues. The NetSuite/IT Admin plays a key role in maintaining and improving the company’s technological environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the administration, support, and training for business/customer systems including but not limited to Netsuite, Hubspot, Customer Web Portals, Website backend, Chat services and internal systems 
  • Create Netsuite reports, alerts and dashboards 
  • Train users on newly deployed systems and system enhancements 
  • Set up new users, update permissions, modify user roles 
  • Log, track and troubleshoot user reported systems issues 
  • Assist in deployment of new systems and functionality 
  • Assist with User Adoption of new programs 
  • Working with Application Development Team, create documentation, conduct pre and post deployment testing 
  • Monitor health and performance of business/customer systems and integrations 
  • Maintain and update documentation for all business systems, their functionality, customizations, integrations, code and user instructions 
  • Assist Director on various projects and department responsibilities 

Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration, network management, and systems support.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Creative thinking for sophisticated solution design and issue resolution.
  • Excellent, proven interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve and think on own feet.
  • Being enthusiastic, able to motivate a team to achieve results.
