Yealink MeetingBoard Pro, with its all-in-one design and versatile mounting options (wall-mounted or floor-stand), offers simplified installation and deployment, making it the perfect choice for seamless video conferencing. The uncluttered design and simple deployment take only 12 minutes to set. At the same time, as the MeetingBoard Pro integrates the functions of meeting, display, and whiteboard, users only need to manage a single device, significantly reducing management complexity.

Built-in Triple-eye Camera with 50MP, Providing “Face-to-Face” Meetings

The MeetingBoard Pro has a built-in triple-camera system, each with 50MP resolution—one for wide-angle (1/1.56 Sony Sensor) and two for telephoto (1/2 Sony Sensor), ensuring high-resolution imaging across different focal lengths. The professional-grade lens delivers low grain, natural colors, and HD image quality. The IWB features a built-in automatic physical privacy shutter that blocks the camera when not in use, ensuring privacy protection for users. It also supports the external PTZ camera (MB-12X Pro) with optical zoom for long-distance tracking and 4K lossless zoom for close-ups.

Powerful Camera AI Tracking, Immersive Meeting Experience

With a dedicated AI video processor, MeetingBoard Pro supports auto framing, speaker tracking, Picture-in-Picture (PIP)*, IntelliFocus, video fence, and audio fence. All camera AI features are seamless, with fast tracking, ensuring a smooth overall meeting experience. IntelliFocus displays close-ups of the last active speakers separately, and also provides a panoramic view of all participants at the bottom of the screen, allowing more participants to appear on the screen and engage fully with the other party, thereby making the meeting more realistic. The Video Fence feature enables users to create virtual meeting spaces in semi-open environments, preventing non-participants from being mistakenly tracked.

Powerful AI Enhanced Audio, Enhanced Pro Sound

The built-in array of 16 microphones and stereo speakers with a dedicated AI audio processing chip ensures excellent sound pickup, noise cancellation, and reverberation. With powerful computational capabilities, it creates a groundbreaking experience. It supports 12-meter full-duplex calls covering every corner of the conference room. Intelligent noise cancellation (e.g., keyboard typing, door opening/closing, chair dragging), and noise reverberation (especially in rooms with glass walls), help reduce distractions and keep communication focused. MeetingBoard Pro also supports external microphones, including desktop microphones (wired and wireless) and ceiling microphones for extended pickup range, covering larger areas.

Intelligent Whiteboard, Ultra-Low Latency Writing, Sparking Team Creativity

It supports dual-person simultaneous writing and also supports one writing, and the other erases, without interfering with each other, significantly improving meeting efficiency. Palm rejection ensures clean, clear content. With the four-level stylus, users can experience fluid writing, pen tips for writing, and pen tails for erasing and simulating a paper-like experience. It also supports gesture controls for drawing and palm erasing. Intelligent charts, shapes, image insertions, and sticky notes make discussions more dynamic.

Open Ecosystem, Flexible Conferencing on Multiple Platforms

Supports certifications from leading domestic and international video conferencing platforms, such as Teams, Zoom, etc. (listed alphabetically). It also offers a USB peripheral mode (BYOD) that allows the device to function as an external display and audio device for your computer, enabling larger-screen conferencing experiences.
