Responsibilities include:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that processes are efficient, identifying areas for improvement, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and hands-on manager who can ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Operations management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing project budgets and timelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics
• Experience with process improvement methodologies like Kaizen & Six Sigma
• Well educated in the latest company culture, management and organizational design concepts
• Knowledge of EOS or other business operating system methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in the IT, A/V, or technology industry is a plus
• Experience with RPA is helpful
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Excel, and reporting tools is powerful
• Ability to work in a team environment, on a tiger team, and independently
