All Plantronics, Clarity, and Walker products carry a 1- to 2-year warranty. Teledex high-end hospitality products carry a 5-year warranty. We will replace any defective Plantronics product with the same or better item during the warranty period. Ask us about warranty information on items not mentioned above.

If the item is defective within 14 days of receipt, upon request we will provide a courtesy return label and ship the replacement at our expense. After 14 days, customers are responsible for shipping the defective items back to us. Upon request, we can arrange an Advance Replacement of warranty and exchange items needed quickly. Advance Replacement product must be secured by a credit card or pre-established net terms.

LifeSize, Polycom, Listen Technologies, Teledex, and other non-Plantronics products carry warranties that must be handled directly through the manufacturer; we will do our best to assist customers with warranty issues. Although we gladly assist with shipping arrangements, we cannot be responsible for warranty-related shipping costs outside of the continental United States. We will gladly provide customers with warranty-related information on these products by calling 800-641-6416.
