Innovative, fun, fast-paced company in the communications and collaboration space seeking bright, cheerful Sales Support Specialist to enter and verify sales orders that originate from inbound phone calls and emails from some of our most valued customers. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to advance.

As a Sales Support Specialist with UnifiedCommunications, you will process orders and help customers choose from a wide range of solutions and products from across the UC (unified communications) space, including office collaboration solutions from the auditorium to the huddle room, to the desk, to the on-the-go worker.

Desired Skills & Experience

Customer Service or Sales Support experience in the field of business communications or business technology solutions would give you a head start; but as long as you’ve got corporate or public sector Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support or Sales Order Entry experience, consummate professionalism, an ease with technology, then we can train you to do the rest.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Process a high-volume of phone and email orders for named accounts
  • Check orders for accuracy
  • Consult with manufactures, suppliers and our purchasing department to verify product availability and ensure accurate special pricing
  • Interface heavily with internal teams and management to provide unparalleled customer service
  • Build relationships with key customer contacts
  • Gain and maintain key technical & business knowledge as it pertains to each named account
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and inform management of those discoveries
  • Work closely with the rest of the Customer Service Team to ensure inbound calls, emails and orders are processed timely and accurately during peak times and breaks
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What We Require

  • 1+ year of successful B2B Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support or Sales Order Entry experience
  • Communications or business technology solutions experience a plus
  • Ability to process a high volume of sales orders quickly and accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Knowledge of business technology
  • Solid working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM
  • Professional appearance with pleasant, confident personality
  • Ability to create personal relationships with clients
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma

Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Support or Sales Order Entry experience: 1 year
