Global Finance Manager

Role Description:

– Strategic Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to contribute to our global financial strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth initiatives.

– Profitability Oversight: Develop and execute financial plans that enhance profitability and drive sound financial performance across diverse business units and regions.

– Insightful Financial Analysis: Deliver comprehensive financial analysis and reporting to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and offer clear visibility into our financial status.

– Customer Financing & Vendor Negotiations: Manage customer financing arrangements and negotiate favorable terms with partners and vendors, balancing business objectives with risk management.

– Investment & Risk Evaluation: Assess and oversee strategic investments to ensure they meet financial objectives while managing and mitigating associated risks.

– Financial Controls & Compliance: Implement strong financial controls to protect company assets and ensure adherence to global financial regulations.

– Team Collaboration & Leadership: Serve as a financial advisor within the leadership team, promoting teamwork and initiatives that enhance both financial outcomes and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

– 7+ years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably wthin a global context.

– Proven track record in managing profitability and supporting financial performance.

– Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to lead an influence across teams.
