The Situation

The client’s executive conference room does a lot of heavy lifting — daily executive meetings, quarterly Board of Directors sessions, and general-purpose collaboration. One space, many stakes. They needed an upgrade that would hold up under all of it: reliable enough for day-to-day use, polished enough for the board.
What We Did
A Modern, Dual-Display Zoom Rooms Solution
UC designed and installed a dual-display Zoom Rooms setup with native Google Meet support — two 85″ Samsung commercial 4K displays, an AVer CAM570 TZ long-range camera to capture the full conference table from a single front-of-room position, and a Shure ceiling audio system with two Ceiling Array Mic + Loudspeaker units paired with a Dante Conferencing Processor.
Control runs through a Logitech Tap + ASUS NUC, with UC Care Essentials and Logitech Select support wrapped around the deployment for long-term reliability.

Key move: A single front-of-room camera replaced the usual multi-camera clutter — the AVer CAM570 TZ’s long-range optics capture the entire length of the table without sacrificing image quality, keeping the room clean and executive-friendly.

The room now handles daily executive use and board-level meetings with the same confidence. Ceiling audio eliminates tabletop cable clutter, the single-camera design keeps the aesthetic clean, and the combined OEM and UC support coverage means the system stays reliable well past go-live.
