Our customer was building a new global headquarters in Florida — and needed every room, from executive boardrooms to small huddle spaces, to feel like one coherent collaboration environment. With 101 rooms of wildly different sizes and purposes, the risk was a campus full of inconsistent, frustrating meeting experiences that didn’t reflect the brand or support hybrid work at scale.
What We Did
One Platform, Every Space
UC orchestrated a full-campus AV and collaboration ecosystem deployment built on Microsoft Teams Rooms, weaving together executive spaces, town halls, divisible brand rooms, mobile carts, and campus-wide digital signage into a single unified platform.
Key move: Four divisible Brand Rooms were engineered to flex between single and dual-room configurations with seamless automation — giving the customer’s teams a space that could shift from intimate creative workshop to large-format brand presentation at the push of a button.
The Outcome
A Campus Where It Just Works
Across 101 rooms, every meeting, presentation, and event now “just works.” Teams move fluidly between spaces — from a broadcast-ready executive boardroom to a pop-up mobile collaboration cart — with a consistent, frustration-free experience throughout. The headquarters now stands as a working model of what a unified platform strategy can deliver at enterprise scale.
