The Situation
A Campus Divided by Floors, Buildings, and Use Cases
A large education-sector enterprise needed to outfit a two-building, five-floor corporate campus with a modern collaboration environment — one that could serve everything from executive boardrooms and town hall spaces to huddle rooms and open collaboration areas. The challenge wasn’t just scale; it was delivering a consistent, intuitive experience across 39 rooms that each had fundamentally different technical requirements.
What We Did
A Standardized Platform, Precisely Tailored to Every Room
UC designed, programmed, and deployed a full 39-room AV and collaboration ecosystem built on Microsoft Teams Rooms, integrating ceiling microphone arrays, QSC DSP audio, PTZ and dual-lens cameras, commercial displays up to 98″, and laser projection systems — all governed by custom control logic built for each space type.
Key move: Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all configuration, UC engineered custom programming for each room category — including automated camera switching, presenter tracking, audio zoning for divisible spaces, and room-mode logic — so that every space behaves intelligently based on how it’s actually being used, not just how it was set up.

Across two buildings and five floors, every space — from the most complex executive boardroom to the smallest focus room — delivers a consistent, frustration-free Teams experience. The campus now supports hybrid collaboration, large-format presentations, and executive meetings with equal confidence, backed by a programmed ecosystem that adapts to how each room is used.
