Situation
UnifiedCommunications delivered a flagship, enterprise-wide audio-visual and collaboration ecosystem for Foot Locker’s new global headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. This engagement spanned 101 rooms and digital experience spaces, transforming the campus into a dynamic, hybrid-ready environment built for modern teamwork, leadership communication, brand immersion, and flexible collaboration.
The project demonstrates UC’s ability to orchestrate high-complexity, multi-system AV deployments at enterprise scale, blending creativity, engineering, and flawless execution to produce a seamless collaboration experience across an entire corporate campus.
Project Scope
Executive Boardroom
A centerpiece environment designed for high-stakes decision-making and leadership communication, featuring immersive visuals, intuitive controls, and a broadcast-ready meeting experience.
Town Hall & Multipurpose Spaces
Large, flexible meeting venues capable of hosting all-hands sessions, executive broadcasts, training events, and hybrid presentations with ease. These rooms were designed to shift seamlessly from in-person gatherings to fully streamed experiences.
Divisible Brand Rooms
Four reconfigurable collaboration spaces tailored to Foot Locker’s brand storytelling. These rooms support both creative workshops and high-impact presentations, flexing between single and dual-room configurations with seamless automation.
Brand Experience Room
A polished environment where Foot Locker teams bring product concepts, merchandising ideas, and partner narratives to life, supported by premium video, audio, and presentation capabilities.
Medium, Small, Huddle & Focus Rooms
A unified ecosystem of Microsoft Teams Rooms providing a predictable, easy-to-use meeting experience from any room. These spaces enable fast, frustration-free collaboration for teams across the organization.
