This recent upgrade for a large boardroom improved speech clarity, delivered more consistent microphone pickup across the room, and extended coverage beyond the table, all while maintaining a clean, integrated design.

The solution featured Shure MXA920 ceiling array microphones, a Q-SYS audio processing and control platform, and QSC NM-T1 tabletop microphones for simple distributed mute control.

With modern audio processing, reliable amplification, and simple distributed mute control, now the room sounds as great as it looks.

Our customer was building a new global headquarters in Florida — and needed every room, from executive boardrooms to small huddle spaces, to feel like one coherent collaboration environment. With 101 rooms of wildly different sizes and purposes, the risk was a campus full of inconsistent, frustrating meeting experiences that didn’t reflect the brand or support hybrid work at scale.
What We Did
One Platform, Every Space
UC orchestrated a full-campus AV and collaboration ecosystem deployment built on Microsoft Teams Rooms, weaving together executive spaces, town halls, divisible brand rooms, mobile carts, and campus-wide digital signage into a single unified platform.
Key move: Four divisible Brand Rooms were engineered to flex between single and dual-room configurations with seamless automation — giving the customer’s teams a space that could shift from intimate creative workshop to large-format brand presentation at the push of a button.
The Outcome
A Campus Where It Just Works
Across 101 rooms, every meeting, presentation, and event now “just works.” Teams move fluidly between spaces — from a broadcast-ready executive boardroom to a pop-up mobile collaboration cart — with a consistent, frustration-free experience throughout. The Situation
A New HQ Without a Unified Vision
Our customer was moving into a new multi-floor headquarters and needed more than just screens on walls — they needed a collaboration environment that could support everything from small huddle conversations to executive boardroom presentations to company-wide atrium events. Without a unified platform strategy, the risk was a fragmented experience where every room felt different and nothing worked together.
What We Did
Microsoft Teams, Room by Room, Floor by Floor
UC deployed a full-campus Microsoft Teams Rooms ecosystem across 50+ spaces — from 13 huddle rooms to dual-display conference rooms, ELT suites, a flagship executive boardroom, and a divisible training room — standardizing the collaboration experience across every room type while tailoring the technology to each space’s specific purpose.
Key move: The atrium was transformed into a broadcast-ready event hub featuring a 25-display LED video wall, multi-camera configurations, three-floor audio coverage, and OBS-based event production — giving our customer a venue capable of hosting internal all-hands and external-facing events with professional production quality.
The Outcome
A Headquarters Ready for Whatever Comes Next
The new headquarters launched with a seamless, enterprise-wide Teams environment where every room — from the smallest huddle space to the executive boardroom — delivers a consistent, frustration-free experience. A fleet of 16 mobile Surface Hubs extended that flexibility beyond fixed rooms, ensuring collaboration can happen anywhere on campus. A global enterprise headquarters housing 10,000 employees was operating on aging, inconsistent AV infrastructure spread across hundreds of meeting rooms and collaboration spaces. With a hard year-end deadline looming, the client needed a full-scale technology refresh — fast — without disrupting the daily operations of a campus that never stops moving.
What We Did
One Standard, Every Room, Every Building
UC deployed a campus-wide AV overhaul across 150 conference rooms, 12 studio collaboration spaces, and 675 scheduling panels — standardizing the entire meeting room ecosystem onto a single, next-generation collaboration platform with uniform hardware and centrally managed configurations.
Key move: Nearly 900 devices were staged, delivered, installed, and commissioned across a multi-building campus in under four weeks — with installation windows tightly coordinated to keep business operations running without interruption.
The Outcome
